How do I place an order?
You can choose between the "discovery package" with ready-made meals or the "personalized package" which allows you to choose your dishes and their variations. For the latter, delivery is available for orders of 5 meals or more.
What are the delivery times and areas covered?
We deliver between 1 and 2 times per week depending on the volume of your order and deliver only in French-speaking Switzerland (cantons of Vaud, Fribourg, Valais)
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or lactose-free options?
We have a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances, and ingredients to avoid via the order notes in the dedicated section, or send us a form for any additional requests.
How to reheat the food?
The meal can be reheated in a pan or in the microwave by removing the lid.
Where do the ingredients used in your dishes come from?
We source our meat from French producers that is 100% halal certified and our vegetables come from local farmers.
How do I cancel or modify an order?
For any order modification or cancellation request, please submit your request by email or via the contact form.
What is the shelf life of the dishes?
Our dishes can be kept for 3 days in the refrigerator from the date of receipt and 10 days in the freezer.
What are the payment options?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well as Twint.
